To let you hear what we sound like in performance, we recorded every track on our demo performing live as a band, not tracked one instrument at a time! We recorded our demo with recording engineer legend (and friend of the band) Matt Lawrence, who mixed and produced the incredible "Live 8" DVDs. Other credits include: Scissor Sisters Live "We Are the Scissor Sisters And So Are You" DVD; Kaiser Chiefs "Live at Elland Road" DVD; Mika "Live in Paris" DVD; Snow Patrol "Live At Summerset House" DVD; & The White Stripes "Live Under Blackpool Lights" DVD. That's how much we care about our sound!
To ensure we provide your guests with incredible music and an outstanding party atmosphere we have taken great care to select the most famous live recordings of each song we perform. We only play arrangements written specifically for the London Function Band with our repertoire including transcriptions of the Legendry Michael Jackson tours "Thriller", "Off The Wall" and "Bad". Other repertoire includes transcriptions of Christina Aguilera's "Back To Back" tour and Stevie Wonder's unforgettable "Live At Last" tour, to name a few. We are passionate performers and take great care in providing outstanding music for your evenings entertainment.
